All this week I have been driving to Torino to work with Debora and Claudio. Have now also eaten Torinese and Lombardia. Always had lunch at Claudio’s.
This evening went to Lanzo with Gianni where we climbed the hill to see the Madonna at the soldiers’ memorial. In the river below we saw two fellows trying out a two-seater kayak. Again saw the “Bridge of the Devil.”

Went to the city of Aosta with Gianni in his truck as he made a delivery. Left at 7:00, and took the Autostrada. It is a more beautiful trip by local roads. Walked around Aosta a bit, seeing the Roman Theater, and apparently the Alpini/elite mountain warfare troops are headquartered in this city.
After arriving home at the San Marco offices outside Cirie, we had lunch. Then visited a friend of Gianni’s in Cirie, and they decided to practice sidecar motocrossing in the same area used by the B boys. After dinner at the P's in Nole, we drove to Ceres to explore a bit. Saw two old sundial clocks, but they were up on a wall.

Did not go to the Riviera with the Bs as sketchily planned today. Most of the family is going for three weeks for health reasons, since Elena and Albi had bronchial problems this winter. I will be alternating staying there with Signora B. Signora B was able to go this time, so I am left here without the family. I had lunch with the Ps in Nole. Then Gianni and I went to Belmonte, a sanctuary near Prascorsano. We fished for trout, our dinner, probably near Rivarossa.
The B family goes to Sardegna/Sardinia in the month of August, and if they find a place with enough beds, I will go with them; otherwise I’ll be finished with the job in July.
